Lynnae Miller, Managing Partner

Lynnae has an uncanny ability to make the right matches for our clients. She's known for her direct approach and fearless nature. Her motto is: "Think about the relationship and the transaction will go smoothly!"

Her background includes running the Real Estate Division for a boutique search firm and establishing and operating divisions for HR Outsourcing firms like TriNet and PaychexHR.

She attended SDSU and Columbia.

Other members of Dig include Rich Canote, Partner (and negotiator extraordinaire). Rich started his career as a CPA working with real estate developers, then moved into biotech where he was VP Finance and CFO for early stage ventures. Rich handles Dig's back office and is invaluable when we are structuring deals between our clients and the chosen candidate.

Another Digger is Lauren Ciesco, aka world's most charming Recruiter. Lauren provides valuable sourcing services to the Dig team, so we stay up to date on who's where, when and why. And that, is critical!
